I've been Googling to see if anyone has identified which biome (if any) Chansey belongs to, and there doesn't seem to be any consensus, at least not yet, possibly because of their extreme rarity.

Now that they're part of the current pink-Pokemon event -- and therefore at least a bit less rare, though still clearly uncommon -- I thought we might try collecting and sharing any data we have.

If you've seen any Chanseys in the wild, whether you managed to catch them or not, please comment and say where they were and what other kinds of Pokemon were to be found there.

Maybe we can help each other take advantage of the event.

The only time I've ever seen a Chansey was in a racetrack parking lot last summer on a very hot day. I live a very heavy grass/bug type area. (I'm currently drowning in exeggcutes.) Fire and rock types are very rare here.
