inkstone: small blue flowers resting on a wooden board (PokeGo)
[personal profile] inkstone posting in [community profile] pokestop
It's a long holiday weekend for me here in the U.S., so I thought it'd be a nice change of pace to have a subscription spree instead of a free-for-all. I was thinking it'd be cool to give everyone the opportunity to find new people to add to their DW circle!

To participate, copy the text in the box below, paste it in a comment to this entry, fill out the items, and profit! Feel free to include as much or as little detail as you want.

Spread the word, please. The more participants, the more effective this will be! This subscription spree isn't limited to the members of [community profile] pokestop. Here, I'll make it easy for you.

(Don't worry, the free-for-all will be back next weekend.)

Hello. I have subscribed to you; hope that's okay.

Wow, Poke-hunting in the East Bay would be grand! I used to live there and nearby (Berkeley, Alameda, Martinez, Pleasanton at various times) from 1976 until about ten years ago, and I still miss it enormously. Your writing about playing PokeGo there has me thinking about when I can visit a friend down there and see what new things I can catch.

Oh yeah! Welcome.

You should totally come. I especially recommend Lake Merritt in Oakland for water Pokémon, but also just how beautiful it is -- they've done so much with the walk around the lake (there's literally only one spot that's shitty).
