inkstone: small blue flowers resting on a wooden board (PokeGo)

Now that the update seems to have hit most everyone, we can refer to the patch notes in the app store versus the release notes on the website:
  • an appraisal system that's accessible from the menu in your pokémon's info screen

  • pokémon now faint when training at a friendly gym or when returned from defending a gym (apparently, it was always meant to work this way!)

  • anti-botting measures

Any thoughts or questions about these additions/changes?

The fainting while training up friendly gyms now increases the importance of running away if you're running low on revives.

Anyway, here's the Dragon Dance to get you through your mid-week blues.

Considering the ratio of revives vs potions in the stops around here (and the part where even after literally dumping 50% of my revives at one point I still have over a hundred) and revives restore 50% of the HP, I LIKE THIS CHANGE. :|

. . . Charizard looks like she lost a bet and hates everything.

Thank you for these updates, they're so useful.

I wish running away was a bit easier, I feel like I'm likely to have died by the time I've managed it. Probably if I'm pretty quick that's not actually a big risk.
