My pokedex (of pokemon which have spawned in the UK ever) is nearly complete apart from Ampharos. But they keep releasing new legendaries faster than I can catch them...

Ugh, I hate that I'm not in reasonable walking distance of any gyms. The legendaries are completely out of my reach - I haven't had the opportunity to try for them once.

I'm also not near any gyms, but the town where I do my grocery shopping has a really organised Facebook group and I've managed to fight with them when things lined up. Does anyone in your area (or another area you travel to regularly) have something like that, maybe?

They may, but I can't meet up with them - I can only get places by walking. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

I glimpsed an Entei on a gym today, which was exciting - and I fought and *caught* a Zapdos earlier in the week, so I have fought all three birds and caught one, which isn't the worst. (Pokemon-playing nephew also scored a pair of Zapdos on their last day, so he has a complete set to admire)

Also, on the update

Added the ability to view the number of Trainers entered, and preparing, for a Raid Battle before using a Raid Pass.

Resolved a bug which caused the Raid Boss to always break free from the last Premier Ball.

Those two are going to make a big difference to raiding!

Any word on if the legendary birds will cycle back into the gyms? I never got a chance to fight them. There aren't enough people in my area who do raid battles. I'm hoping that I can get lucky and be out and about when a legendary raid happens at like, the battlefields or somewhere else that more people who play tend to congregate, so I'll have a chance of joining and catching.

has anyone noticed an increase of evolved pokemon in the wild? like, for instance, houndooms instaed of houndours etc? maybe to make sure people have their pokedexes as filled as possible before dropping gen 3? *hoping that's what it means*

I do feel like the rare/uncommon wild spawns have been bumped up just a little, both evolutions and other things you seldom see. I got both a Dratini and Larvitar in a short period yesterday.
