Does anyone know what happened to the fourth worldwide catching time? When I went to bed last night there were four slots listed (the last of which was 9am my time) but when I got up, the worldwide catching was over and Mystic had won. Nothing happened at the "mystery event" time.

I believe they nixed it. I think I read it somewhere, but I can't find the link at the moment.

The fourth time period was supposed to be a special event unlocked in the park - it was almost certainly a debut Lugia raid, but due to the connectivity issues they scrapped it and just gave Fest attendees a free Lugia instead.

Possibly the worldwide catch totals were also originally supposed to still be counting up during that event, but since they called it off they just went with the totals from the first three.
