I am SO PSYCHED about the 4x buddy candy! I've buddied up with my Snorlax and I'm going to walk my legs off. Snax needs powering up, and I haven't hatched or caught a new one in longer than I can remember.

Fingers crossed that "rock types" includes Larvitars. Those are at least not hopelessly rare as 10K egg hatches, but still... those candies accumulate awfully slowly, and more would be brilliant.

How glad am I that this isn't happening over Mother's Day weekend? So glad. (Mother's Day is veeeeeery busy in the service industry.)

Now, if only that mysterious force that keeps interrupting my connection would go away...

Ive been so incredibly jealous of a friend of mine who had a totodile nest right outside her place of work. Finally the nest migrated! ...and now there's a chikorita nest right there instead.

I cannot deal with her level of good luck.

I am so loving this. There are hardly ever rock pokemon around here, but by the time the event is over, I'll have my gold badge.

Slugmas have been spawning everywhere too, oddly enough, so I might be able to get the gold fire badge this weekend as well. *_*

No sign of Aerodactyl yet, but I'm hopeful~

I've noticed lots of slugmas spawning too! I've been a bit puzzled over that.

Ohh hold on - it involves into Magcargo, which is Fire/Rock. That's probably why there are so many of them popping up. :D

I just would like to report that I have finally caught...an onix.

*loving* the bonus buddy candy - somewhat confused why I'm suddenly surrounded by Slugmas and a literally-ever-seen-one-except-for-special-hat-events wild Pikachu, but so totally not going to argue about it! (Also, I caught a Shuckle, which is a new one for my pokedex!)
