The problems I described in my last post ( http://pokestop.dreamwidth.org/26811.html ) are still continuing. What's the best way to contact Niantic to see about looking for a bug on my account? The only thing I can do right now is fight at gyms.

Have you tried filling a support request? I had to click around for some while before finding it, but it looks like this might be the right page:

If you select Pokemon go in the first dropdown, you get subcategories, probably want to go with either "item issue" or "technical issue"

That sounds enormously frustrating, and I haven't run across any other reports of that type. Good luck!
