I introduced my dad to PokeGo and he hatched a Lapras during our morning PokeWalk today. So jealous! I still haven't seen one at all!

I had the luck to have a Lapras spawn right. outside. our flats. While my wife was at work. She still has no Lapras, and between that and the Snorlax I hatched, she's cranky. :D

I have various mon just a few candy away from their next evolution. Come on! Once I get them, I can do an evolution party and get those pokedex entries. I've been saving my lucky egg for just this occasion!

The update is harder to catch than a high powered Arcanine. BOO.

I tried updating but it hasn't helped my real issue, which is that the GPS continues to spin around and be useless. Woe! During the two minutes it was up, I did manage to catch a sad little Magikarp, though?

This might be old news to you, but is your wifi on? The app seems to like it on, even if you're on your data. It didn't entirely fix my GPS woes but it did seem to help quite a bit.

NO UPDATE.

We have had hordes of Growlithes here recently, though, and yesterday I evolved mine!! (I could have waited until I had a bunch of things stacked up, but I'd had a long day and then caught the last one I needed from the bus on the way home, and I just needed a puppy :D )

This rollout is so weird. It seems to have deployed two waves so far? Though I haven't been watching reddit closely enough to really follow which timestamps are a new wave, and which may be slower people who just missed when their access went live.

Anyway, nothing here yet. Likewise tempted by the apk.

The fact that Instinct suddenly got real brave around here the last 24 hours is not helping things.

But a 10K egg hatched an awesome aerodactyl (CP 1214, AP 103; 88.9% 13/14/13), so I'm feeling like it all balances out. :-)

Yeah, I think all the Valor players in my area were college kids so it's me vs a ton of Mystics. I was chilling with the power leveling but I think once my parents leave, I'm going to start again. I need stronger mon to take there punks down. I also need to assemble a Valor squad for real.
