So far I've seen (and caught! woohoo!) two Chanseys in the wild since this event started.
One was deep inside a Costco (big box warehouse) store. The most common other Pokemon there generally are Ponyta, Diglett, Ekans, Eevee and the Nidorans (as well as the usual dead common 'mons).
The second was in the parking of our one sizable local mall. Others I usually see there are Nidorans, Eevees, Magnemites, Voltorbs, and lots of water types (since this is right on the Pacific coast), and of course the usuals.
ETA: In my general region, water and grass types are everywhere, and bug types are common. Fire types are very rare.
