You should be seeing an increase in Santachus and your first pokestop spin of the day should drop one single-use incubator. Watch out: it is blue -- same as the 3-use incubators.

Unfortunately, if you have already spun your first pokestop of the day, you will not get an incubator. Sorry, guys. :(

(I can confirm that first pokestop spin does drop an incubator as I got one.)

In addition, Niantic has made 3 giftboxes available for purchase in the shop. They break down as follows:
- 250: 10 greatballs & 2 3-use incubators
- 550: 20 greatballs, 2 incense & 4 3-use incubators
- 1500: 25 20 ultraballs, 25 incense & 6 3-use incubators

If you only care about incubators (given the nature of this event), the 250 giftbox gives you the best deal. Again, that's only if you care about incubators and not about balls and incense.

I spun my first pokestop of the day, seventh in a row, after midnight mass. And so I missed the first 1-use incubator. :-) When they said "morning," they meant... :-) Ah, well!

Thanks for the heads-up on the contents of the giftboxes, the math on the giftbox incubator value, and on the incubator color! So the incubators will look like running-out 3-use devices, instead of like distinct 1-use devices. Interesting choice!

Then I'm glad that for Christmas I am actually not near any Pokestops since I am visiting family in a rural area. Otherwise I would've missed the first incubator.

I'm going to hopefully find my Pokestop of the day during a trip to a relative's house.

I haven't seen on santachu yet =( I'm very sceptical to this 'they are everywhere' notion...
FX I haven't missed the 1st poke stop thing, I got one about 13 hours ago, hoping to snag it and it didn't work, so hopefully i still get it. I'm in a different timezone, so timing these things is hard.
