So I seem to be catching a lot of Drowzee in my area. So many that I have multiple Hypnos and I'm really tired of Drowzees.
Gastly also likes to show up, but those don't bother me as much for some reason. Perhaps because it's because I need a lot of candies to evolve them all the way to Haunter.
This has gotten me to be curious about other people's experiences have been.
So, what Pokemon most appears most frequently where you live?

We also get our fair share of Pidgey and Rattata, but nothing is quite so common as Weedle. (Caterpie, weirdly, are actually quite rare.) I've only ever seen a gastly once, so I'm really jealous of your haul!

For the commons outside the usual (pidgy, rattata, weedle) around my house has a fair amount of Eevees that show up. I think I have between 6-8 of each evolution already. And bulbasaurs seem surprisingly common (I see at least on a day) which I didn't expect.
There's a random corporate business park nearby that's Magmar central and a big soccer complex that has lots of Electabuzz. And the lawn of our local art museum is full of Pikachu, which is super cool. We keep joking that its a Trophy Garden.

Also "common" (but not common at all compared to Drowzees) are: Jynx, Zubat, Rattata, and Horsea.
I wish I could get more Caterpies; I really want a Butterfree. But I've only seen two Caterpies so far. :c

I don't like them at all any more (especially when they're hovering near something better on the map and get in the way of it when I want to click it.)
And a distant second to pidgeys if I walk a bit west.

But I also think it must have an Ingress player or two somewhere, because I can catch anywhere from 2-5 less-commons a DAY if I leave my phone open to the game. (Which I have stopped doing so much because battery and getting work done ever, but even so I have a general idea of the spawn TIMES to be checking by now. >.>)
...yes I am stupidly lucky, if it makes everyone feel better I have a SINGLE pokéstop within walking distance, so in order to restock I have to either spend money or wait to take the car out to a better location and go walking.

My second catch was an Eevee, and I noticed that the cul de sac near me has a lot of XM on Ingress (which I am actually playing not just peeking) so I'm planning on doing "egg hatching walks there" to see if the rares spawn closer to there. That is also where the grass does that weird thing on the game screen btw. So yeah. We'll see!
